All interested buyers are required to follow the process laid out by the JnB Collections/ JnB Shrine Administrators.
Step 1. Fill up the electronic order form completely
Make sure to read/agree with the terms and conditions.
Step 2. A confirmation email (from and only jnbshrine@gmail.com) containing the details below is sent to your valid email address.
· verification of the information placed in the form
· order number
· final price- includes the production and shipping cost
· the 5 days notice: “the buyer shall reply within the 5 days the confirmation email was send or else the order would be considered invalid”
Step 3. A “transaction” would be made between the buyer and JnB Collections focusing on
· bank account details
· the date of payment / week of payment
· the release date of books
· the place/address of delivery
· the 1 week notice of payment (may refer to the terms and conditions)
Step 4. Once paid may notify the JnB Collections through email or may call the representative of JnB Collections. (number would be given at the transaction email)
Step 5. An email would be sent to the buyers to confirm place/address of book delivery. If no reply was made by the buyer, JnB Collections would rely on the details at the transaction form.
Step 6. Books would be delivered on the date of release. Buyers may email the JnB Shrine for feedbacks/comments
